REPORTS TO: Global SIOP Manager

AP Emissions has been serving the emissions-control and performance exhaust aftermarket for more than 90 years, covering pretty much every vehicle ever made from traditional automotive to evolving light- to heavy-duty vehicles. Similarly, Centric Parts is the leading voice within the replacement brakes industry, originating technical standards and providing thought-leadership for brake systems engineering and advanced manufacturing. We are currently in the process of developing and implementing sales and operations planning processes across the divisions. The Global SIOP Manager will be responsible for the development, execution, and effectiveness, of each division’s SIOP process across all sites. Develops and deploys standard work and functional direction for each phase of the SIOP cycle. Facilitates the synchronization and roll-up of information to an executive level.
Create, manage, and direct continual development of the Sales & Operations Planning process and analysis to ensure effective utilization of company assets
Coordinate the development and maintenance of the tools and standard work used to manage the SIOP demand, supply, collaboration, and executive meeting cycle
Provide education and training to SIOP participants at all levels within the organization and coaches individuals as needed
Provide functional direction and ensure the SIOP cycle is executed at each site along with the assignment and management of the actions items and decisions made in each phase
Develop and maintain the key SIOP business metrics and works with all sites in the division to drive improvement of these metrics; develop reports and monitor critical KPIs to show shipments trends, forecast performance and supply issues; Implement corrective actions to meet targeted KPI's
Coordinate the monthly rollup of the SIOP Dashboard Metrics & associated reporting.
Analyze key aspects of business performance including but not limited to Supply, Demand, Inventory Levels, and order backlog
Work collaboratively with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain; work closely with senior leadership to help shape and deliver the strategic objectives by determining the correct mix/balance between supply/demand
Lead teams to utilize statistical techniques and software tools to analyze business trends
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid analytical and computer skills; accurate and precise attention to detail
Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage timelines efficiently
Strong project management skills
Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, industrial Engineering or other related manufacturing field
A minimum of 7 years' experience in various materials and supply chain disciplines
3-5 years of IBP/SIOP experience in a supply planning capacity
Self-motivated and must be a self-starter
Experience working in a strong team environment
Excellent metric and reporting skills
